Towbar Express was founded with a simple but powerful observation — people needed a better, more convenient way to fit vehicle accessories without the hassle of taking time off, visiting fitment centers, or waiting in long queues.

For years, we worked in the vehicle accessory industry and noticed a recurring problem: customers struggled to fit installations into their busy schedules. Fleet owners couldn’t afford the downtime of transporting vehicles to workshops. Rural clients had limited access to professional installers. Even local drivers faced delays, lost work hours, or had to juggle logistics just to get a towbar fitted.

We saw an opportunity to fix this — right at the customer’s doorstep.
